Eating high in fruit and vegetables can reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, inflammation, and diabetes. One of them is guava which is rich in fibre.

Although there are many fruits that you can eat. The top one being Guava. Not all fruits are the same as guava, blackberries, and blueberries. They are absolutely amazing and because of their fibrous properties, they are considered to be real and Healthiest Fruits to Eat.

They are not only particularly sweet and you get full value in terms of fiber and nutritional value. Fresh or frozen blueberries are a great addition to breakfast cereals. Not just that but, desserts, yogurts or smoothies. Fruits that fall under the second category are bananas. We should eat bananas only after the exercise.
