Culture, in itself, is broad term. There are different interpretations given by corporate gurus about what a culture is. So what is the definition of Startup Culture?

Though start-ups became a phenomenon in India, it is a little hard to figure out the definition of startup culture. Culture of any company goes way beyond team lunches. In fact, it is a mixture of shared vision, work ethic and values.
