Culture is a mixture of shared vision, work ethic and values. India has risen to be a confident start-up hub in the past few years.  Evidently there has been a constant migration of people from India to Silicon Valley and vice versa. Rajan has seen both sides of the coin. He says there is huge difference in definition of startup culture in US versus India.
