You know smoking is bad for you. This has been known for decades. However, you may still be surprised at what it does and that these common myths are not true. In this video, Ravi Mantha is talking about the truth about unique diet for smokers.
There is no such thing as a healthy smoker, especially when it comes to cancer prevention. Smoking cannot be compared to other risk factors such as eating unhealthy food. You can compensate for occasional high-calorie foods by exercising, smoking does not have the same balance rules.
According to Lokoski – No two risk factors for chronic diseases and cancer are the same. And Not two healthy behaviours are the same either. This applies to all smokers. Even those who have not noticed negative symptoms associated with tobacco use, such as frequent cough. The smoker does not experience these symptoms, they are still exposed to risk of cancer and other diseases. Lakoski says that many smokers may not be aware of the symptoms, as their occurrence may be gradual.
